𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨, 𝐓𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 & 𝗪𝐚𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐬
🔥👨🏽🍳🍫 Over 15g Protein, 230Kcals each
We’ve made these a few times now and they never fail us, they always bake well and taste tremendous. It’s an easy one to follow so save it and try it out for yourself 🤩
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2 scoops of @spartanprotein Vegan Blend Cacao and Toffee protein
- 50g oats, blended
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 100ml dairy free milk (almond, @oatly etc)
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder
- 6 dates, finely chopped
- 6 walnuts, finely chopped
- 1tbsp honey
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until you get a wet dough like consistency. Best to add the milk in stages until you get the correct consistency!
3. Pop in the oven for 20 mins. The bake should be soft to touch but bounce back to shape when pressed down.
4. Remove from oven, flip out onto a chopping board and allow to cool for 30mins. Add your toppings of choice, cut, serve and store for up to 5 days in a sealed container!
Additional toppings- melted vegan chocolate, chopped walnuts and sea salt.

*Pro Tip: Double (or triple) up your ingredients and get a bigger batch; these freeze well but should last 5 days from baking if kept in the fridge.
