Weโ€™ve made these a few times now and they never fail us, they always bake well and taste tremendous. Itโ€™s an easy one to follow so save it and try it out for yourself ๐Ÿคฉ โฃ

- 2 scoops ofย @spartanproteinย Vegan Blend Cacao and Toffee protein โฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 50g oats, blendedโฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 2 bananas, mashed โฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 100ml dairy free milk (almond,ย @oatlyย etc)โฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder โฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 6 dates, finely chopped โฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 6 walnuts, finely choppedโฃโฃโฃโฃ
- 1tbsp honey โฃโฃโฃโฃ
โฃโฃโฃโฃ

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking parchment. โฃโฃโฃโฃ
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until you get a wet dough like consistency. Best to add the milk in stages until you get the correct consistency!โฃโฃโฃโฃ
3. Pop in the oven for 20 mins. The bake should be soft to touch but bounce back to shape when pressed down. โฃโฃโฃโฃ
4. Remove from oven, flip out onto a chopping board and allow to cool for 30mins. Add your toppings of choice, cut, serve and store for up to 5 days in a sealed container! โฃโฃโฃโฃ
