- 200g 0% fat Greek yogurt ๐ฌ๐ท
- 1 scoopย Vanilla Pure Whey
- Handful of frozen raspberries
๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐:
1. Mix Greek yogurt and Pure Whey in a bowl and pour into a container suitable for the freezer.
2. Layer frozen raspberries on top
3. Freeze for minimum 3 hours and then scoop and serve with fresh raspberries and crushed meringue ๐
Alternatively, freeze overnight and then blend for a creamier consistency.
