Under 250 Kcal (and 17g Protein!) Per Cheesecake

These are very easy to make, even if you aren’t much use in the kitchen! You almost can’t screw these up. Quality macro profile, very tasty & an excellent dessert choice all round. Who doesn’t love cheesecake!?⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣
- 4 Oreo Biscuits⁣
- 200g Low-Fat Greek Yoghurt  ⁣
- 100g Low-Fat Light Cream Cheese⁣
- 60g / 2 scoops Pure Whey (Vanilla or Cookies & Cream recommended)⁣
- 2 Teaspoons of Gelatine dissolved in 3 tablespoons of boiling water⁣
- Low calorie sweetener of choice⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝⁣
- Place 4 Oreos in a sandwich bag and crush them using a rolling pin.⁣
- Split the crushed Oreos evenly and place at the bottom of each ramekin.⁣
- In a bowl, add yoghurt and cream cheese, whisk until combined.⁣
- Slowly add Pure Whey  and whisk until combined.⁣
- Once finished, take the gelatine powder and add to a bowl of boiling water. Once dissolved, mix liquid with protein cheesecake filling.⁣
- Add low calorie sweetener to taste.⁣
- Spoon cheesecake mixture into each ramekin (this recipe is based on spillting this batch in to 4 ~250ml Ramekins) and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.⁣
