Soaking your oats overnight means that they get plumped-up & pudding-like – perfect for a grab and go breakfast with no heating required.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
30g Pure Whey (Vanilla & Toffee are great here)
12g (a level teaspoon) of Chia Seeds
40g Porridge Oats
100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
Let your imagination go wild here, but for this dish we went with diced apple (dusted with cinnamon) & a healthy drizzle of @skinnyfoodco Maple Syrup. Flaked / broken nuts work well if you are not as concerned with the total calories.

• Add dry ingredients to your serving dish & mix evenly
• Pour in the almond milk & stir
• Add your toppings of choice
• Cover & leave in the fridge overnight
