Soaking your oats overnight means that they get plumped-up & pudding-like – perfect for a grab and go breakfast with no heating required. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
30g Pure Whey (Vanilla & Toffee are great here) ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
12g (a level teaspoon) of Chia Seeds⁣⁣⁣⁣
40g Porridge Oats⁣⁣⁣⁣
100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Let your imagination go wild here, but for this dish we went with diced apple (dusted with cinnamon) & a healthy drizzle of @skinnyfoodco Maple Syrup. Flaked / broken nuts work well if you are not as concerned with the total calories. ⁣⁣
