Gentle reminder to keep in a routine with your training and diet. There’s a whole load of reasons for it, probably the main ones being a) save you from going mental and b) stop you sliding into the couch like Jabba the Hutt.
Like just about everyone, your access to equipment will be limited & your training partner’s only available on FaceTime. Use the time to get creative with your workouts, maybe focus on some weak points or imbalances.
We all have to improvise just now so do your best and try and take some positives from the current situation. Stay safe and healthy ♥️
