INGREDIENTS (Pancakes)ā£ā£
25g Instant Scottish Oatsā£ā£
30g Pure Whey (Vanilla works best)ā£ā£
1 x Medium Bananaā£ā£
1 cup Almond Milkā£ā£
1 x tsp Baking Sodaā£ā£
1 x tbsp Coconut Oilā£ā£
ā£ā£
INGREDIENTS (Topping)ā£ā£
25g Crunchy Peanut Butter ā£ā£
1 x Bananaā£ā£
20g Cacao Nibsā£ā£
ā£ā£
METHOD
1. Add the banana, oats, protein powder, almond milk and baking powder to a blender. Blitz for a few a minutes until you have a runny mixture.ā£ā£ā£ā£
2. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a flat frying pan on a medium heat. Then pour in your pancake mixture slowly creating one pancake at a time. Cook on both sides for a few mins until golden brown. You should get roughly 5 average sized pancakes.ā£ā£
3. Stack them high and decorate them with whatever toppings you prefer: we love a bit of PB & Cacao Nibs, but maybe Nutella and Strawberries is more up your street. ā£ā£
