70g @spartanprotein Instant Oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 scoop @spartanprotein vanilla Pure Whey
100g pumpkin puree (can swap for blended sweet potato)
1 large egg 🥚
40ml milk of choice 🥛
1 tbsp. Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 tbsp. Greek yoghurt 🇬🇷
1 tsp. Bee pollen (optional garnish)
Add the oats, baking powder, protein powder, pumpkin puree, egg, milk & syrup to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Use a waffle iron or if you don’t have one, this batter will make some fluffy pancakes.
Heat a little low-calorie cooking spray in a saucepan/ waffle iron (over a medium heat). Once hot, pour a little of the batter into the pan & cook for a few minutes on each side. Remove from the pan & repeat with the remaining batter until it’s all used up.
Stack your waffles/pancakes & then top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, plenty of syrup & a sprinkle of bee pollen 🐝
