INGREDIENTSĀ (Excluding Toppings)ā£ā£
50g Instant Scottish Oats
30g Pure Whey (Vanilla works best)ā£ā£
ā£ā£1 x tsp Baking Sodaā£ā£
4 Egg Whites
200g Greek Yoghurt
1 x tsp Vanilla Extract
ā£ā£ā£ā£
METHOD
1.Ā Combine Oat Flour, Pure Whey and Baking Powder in a mixing bowl.Ā
2. Add Greek Yoghurt, Egg Whites and Vanilla Extract to this and mix again to even consistency.Ā
2. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a flat frying pan on a medium heat. Then pour in your pancake mixture slowly creating one pancake at a time. Cook on both sides for a few mins until golden brown. You should get roughly 6 average sized pancakes.ā£ā£
3. Stack them high and decorate them with whatever toppings you prefer: we love a bit of PB & Cacao Nibs, but maybe Nutella and Strawberries is more up your street. ā£ā£
