If you like Banana Bread, this recipe is a must try. By swapping out our Pure Whey for Micellar Casein the bread rises a little more & stays fluffier for longer, but it can be made either way. โฃ

To take this to the next level we added some protein custard to the slices ๐Ÿคค and it was as awesome as it sounds. The custard will be getting itโ€™s own post in a couple of days so ๐Ÿ‘€ โฃ

โ€ข70g wholegrain flourโฃ
โ€ข5 eggsโฃ
โ€ข2 tsp sweetenerโฃ
โ€ข1tsp cinnamonโฃ
โ€ข1tsp baking sodaโฃ
โ€ข1 tsp vanilla extractโฃ
โ€ข1.5 scoops Vanilla Micellar Casein / Pure Wheyโฃ

1. Preheat the oven to 170degreesโฃ
2. Mix the ingredients in a bowlโฃ
3. Pour the mix into a loaf tinโฃ
4. Optional: top the loafwith sliced bananas and chopped nuts (we recommend some walnuts & pumpkin seed here) โฃ
5. Bake it for 45-50mins on 170 degreesโฃ
