50g Self Raising Flour
1 Banana
1 Scoop Belgian Chocolate Pure Whey
200ml Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Stevia
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional toppings: Handful Raspberries, sprinkle of Cacao Nibs
Method: Combine the dry ingredients (then mix them up) then add your wet ingredients to your mug and bake for 16 minutes in the oven on 180 degrees, or 3 minutes in microwave at full power.
