Ingredients for 6 muffins:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 scoop, 30 g, @spartanprotein Pure Whey
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 quarter tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 1 quarter cup milk of choice
• 1 quarter cup Greek yoghurt @fage_uk
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
• 1 quarter cup granulated sweetener
• 1 half tsp vanilla extract
• 1 half cup blueberries
Method:

Preheat air fryer to 160 C

Whisk flour, whey, baking powder, baking soda and salt

Whisk egg, milk, yoghurt, oil, sweetener and vanilla

Combine wet and dry. Do not overmix

Fold in blueberries

Fill silicone muffin cups

Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Cool down and enjoy
