If you like Banana Bread, this recipe is a must try. By swapping out our Pure Whey for Micellar Casein the bread rises a little more & stays fluffier for longer, but it can be made either way. โฃ

โข70g wholegrain flourโฃ
โข5 eggsโฃ
โข2 tsp sweetenerโฃ
โข1tsp cinnamonโฃ
โข1tsp baking sodaโฃ
โข1 tsp vanilla extractโฃ
โข1.5 scoops Vanilla Micellar Casein / Pure Wheyโฃ

1. Preheat the oven to 170degreesโฃ
2. Mix the ingredients in a bowlโฃ
3. Pour the mix into a loaf tinโฃ
4. Optional: top the loafwith sliced bananas and chopped nuts (we recommend some walnuts & pumpkin seed here) โฃ
5. Bake it for 45-50mins on 170 degreesโฃ
