This delicious Gingerbread Protein Oat Bake is the perfect treat to warm you up on a dark winter evening.
It’s a simple recipe that we guarantee will satisfy your sweet-tooth; it’s just as warming as a bowl of crumble, only it takes a whole lot less effort, and has no added butter or sugar. Added bonus - it’s packing in protein, low GI carbs and fibre 💪🏻
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Dry ingredients:
60g oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 scoop of Gingerbread Pure Whey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet ingredients:
1 egg
1 mashed banana
100ml almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:
• Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl
• Mix your dry ingredients in another bowl
• Combine them then add to a baking dish
Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees
