This delicious Gingerbread Protein Oat Bake is the perfect treat to warm you up on a dark winter evening.⁣

It’s a simple recipe that we guarantee will satisfy your sweet-tooth; it’s just as warming as a bowl of crumble, only it takes a whole lot less effort, and has no added butter or sugar. Added bonus - it’s packing in protein, low GI carbs and fibre 💪🏻⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣

Dry ingredients:⁣
60g oat flour⁣
1/2 tsp baking powder⁣
1 scoop of Gingerbread Pure Whey⁣
1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣

Wet ingredients:⁣
1 egg⁣
1 mashed banana⁣
100ml almond milk⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:⁣
• Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl⁣
• Mix your dry ingredients in another bowl⁣
• Combine them then add to a baking dish ⁣

Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees⁣
