Whilst the body can produce glutamine naturally, intense training significantly depletes levels, making supplementation an important addition to any serious training routine. Unflavoured and free from unnecessary additives, it mixes cleanly into water, juice or any existing shake without affecting the taste. Suggested dosage: Add one level 5ml scoops (5g) to water, shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily throughout periods of intense exercise.
