    Delivery 

    We offer delivery to the Mainland UK (all areas of UK serviced by myHermes and standard Royal Mail delivery service) at a charge of £4.99, or FREE on orders exceeding £100. We have found that our customers shipping requirements are best met by using Royal Mail for smaller orders (under 2kg) and Myhermes for larger. We currently DO NOT deliver outwith mainland UK as standard, this situation will change in the near future. If you do complete checkout but are not within our standard shipping area then we will either contact you with an appropriate shipping quote based on your location and if unsuccessful refund your total order amount.

    Orders will typically ship within 1 working day of being placed, unless this is a Sunday or UK Bank Holiday. Delivery service is normally 2-4 working days from date of ordering to receiving. Orders will have to be signed for upon receipt. If delivery is unsuccessful and the order was shipped via myHermes then redelivery will be attempted another 2 times, or the order may be left with a neighbour or occasionally at a safe place (at the couriers discretion). If the order was shipped with Royal Mail and was unsuccessful it will be taken to the nearest depot for collection at a suitable time if not left at a safe place. The courier will leave a note explaining the whereabouts of the parcel once delivery has been attempted.

    In the unlikely event that either Royal Mail or our Courier lose your parcel we will send a replacement to you at our cost. An order will not be declared ‘lost’ until 21 working days have elapsed since the original shipment date. Unfortunately until an order is declared ‘lost’ we are unable to reship it or refund you as it could still arrive within this period. However if our courier does accept responsibility for a package before then we will refund or reship immediately.     Returns

     At Spartan Protein all products come with our cast iron returns guarantee and we consider customer satisfaction paramount.

    If you wish to return your purchase unused within a 7 day “Cooling Off” period (from date received) then we will happily refund the entire purchase price, excluding the postage costs associated, provided the remaining product is unsoiled. If a return is required contact us first at returns@spartanprotein.com for an Return Merchandise Authorisation number. All returns must be sent via recorded delivery and you will be responsible for the return postage costs. If a return falls outwith the “Cooling Off” period then we may apply a £10 restocking fee at our discretion.

    If you wish to return a product that has been opened and used because the taste is not agreeable then we will be unable to guarantee a refund and would advise you to order smaller amounts of our products to reduce the risk of this happening. However we do take any complaints on quality or taste very seriously and we will investigate them fully. If it is deemed that we are at fault we will happily refund all order and postage costs or replace the goods at our cost. To determine whether a complaint is valid or unsubstantiated we may require the relevant items within the order to be returned or require photographic evidence to be sent to us.
