What's Inside Little Dragon Extreme Pre-Workout?

With pre-workout supplements, the label matters more than the hype. Here's a closer look at the key ingredients listed for Little Dragon Extreme.

200mg Caffeine

Each 60ml serving contains 200mg caffeine. This is a substantial single serving, so it's important to account for any caffeine you've already consumed from coffee, energy drinks or other supplements.

2g Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is an amino acid commonly used in sports nutrition formulations. Little Dragon includes 2g per stated serving.

2g Arginine AKG

Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate combines arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate. It's another ingredient in the Extreme Pre-Workout formula, with 2g listed per 60ml shot.

B Vitamins

The product also contains B vitamins, including vitamins B6 and B12. Both contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue when supplied in qualifying amounts.

Pre-Workout Without the Mixing

Some people enjoy getting their pre-workout powder, water and shaker organised before training. Others would rather skip that bit.

Little Dragon Extreme is made for the second group. The formula comes in a small, ready-to-drink bottle that you can take with you rather than preparing a separate drink.

One bottle. One measured serving. The important part is knowing exactly what you're taking.

How to Take Little Dragon Extreme Pre-Workout Shot

Little Dragon recommends consuming one 60ml shot approximately 15–30 minutes before exercise, according to the manufacturer's current product guidance.

1. Check the full ingredient list and caffeine warning on the bottle.
2. Follow the manufacturer's recommended serving instructions.
3. Consume the shot without adding water or mixing powder.
4. Account for caffeine from other drinks and supplements throughout the day.

High caffeine content: 200mg per 60ml bottle. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other high-caffeine pre-workouts or energy products without accounting for your total caffeine intake. People sensitive to caffeine or with relevant medical conditions should seek professional advice before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Informed Sport Certification

Little Dragon Extreme Pre-Workout Shot appears in the Informed Sport certified-product directory.

Informed Sport is an independent programme that tests certified supplement batches for substances prohibited in sport. Athletes subject to drug testing should check that their exact product and batch are covered by the programme before use.

Certification helps manage the risk of prohibited-substance contamination, but it should not be treated as a guarantee that every supplement is risk-free.
