Cadence Recover Sleep Sachets are a complete electrolyte solution with a potent sleep complex. Formulated to reduce the time taken to fall asleep, improve sleep quality and prolong the duration of sleep, promoting optimal recovery.

From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence Recover Sleep Sachet contains:

• 100mg of sodium to help maintain fluid balance and electrolyte balance in the body by retaining water, thus aiding in hydration through osmosis;
• 100mg of potassium for helping with the maintenance of normal cellular fluid balance, nerve impulses and muscle contraction; and 
• 50mg of marine magnesium (aquamin) which should facilitate the necessary electrolyte balance for proper cellular distribution.

From a sleep specific standpoint, a sachet contains:

• 1000mg of L-tryptophan - a precursor of serotonin and melatonin which can help regulate sleep-wake cycles;
• 1000g L-glycine to facilitate deeper sleep via regulation of body temperature and NMDA receptors;
• 200mg L-theanine to reduce stress and anxiety - promoting calmness and improved sleep quality;
• 100mg ashwagandha to help reduce cortisol, thus promoting better sleep quality and efficiency; 
• 75mg valerian root extract 10:1 to increase levels of GABA, a calming neurotransmitter;
• 14mg vitamin B6, which should be essential for the production of seratonin and melatonin (both of which can help regulate sleep patterns); and
• 2mg zinc to regulate neurotransmitter function and promote sleep stability. 

When to consume Cadence Recover Sleep Sachets

It is recommended that you consume one Cadence Recover Sleep sachet 60 minutes before bed. 

Cadence's Sleep Formula has been specifically designed to aid nighttime hydration, sleep and recovery. 

Instructions for use

It is recommended to mix one sachet with 300-350ml of water. You will probably find it easiest to mix the product by shaking it in a bottle.
