And with both products available together at a bundle price, there's no need to add them separately. Pick your flavours and get in about it. 😎

What's Included in the PMP + PRE Stack?

1. PRE | Pre-Workout Formula – 360g

360g tub | 30 x 12g servings

PRE is our caffeine-containing pre-workout powder, formulated with ingredients including citrulline malate, beta-alanine, taurine, L-tyrosine and choline bitartrate.

Each stated 12g serving includes 160mg caffeine, so make sure you're accounting for other caffeinated products in your routine.

PRE flavour options:

• Cherry Cola
• Fruit Fusion
• Blue Raspberry
• Watermelon

2. PMP | Zero Stim Pump Formula – 510g

510g tub | 30 x 17g stated servings

PMP is our caffeine-free pre-workout formula, featuring ingredients including L-citrulline, creatine monohydrate, betaine, arginine AKG, beta-alanine and taurine.

It's a separate formula from PRE, with no caffeine listed in the current ingredients. That gives you another pre-workout option when you don't want additional caffeine.

PMP flavour options:

• Tropical
• Cotton Candy

Your Pre-Workout Stack at a Glance

Why Choose the PMP + PRE Bundle?

• Two pre-workout formulas: PRE and PMP together in one order.
• PRE with caffeine: Contains 160mg caffeine per stated 12g serving.
• Caffeine-free PMP: A separate option without added caffeine.
• 30 stated servings per tub: Both products have clearly defined pack quantities.
• Choose your flavours: Four PRE options and two PMP options.
• Bundle value: A combined offer that can cost less than purchasing the two tubs separately.

PRE vs PMP: What's the Difference?

They're both pre-workout supplements, but they aren't identical formulas.

PRE contains caffeine alongside other ingredients commonly found in pre-workout products. It's intended for customers who prefer a caffeine-containing formula.

PMP is formulated without caffeine and contains its own combination of amino acids, creatine and other ingredients.

Having both gives you a choice of formulas. However, combining them into one serving is not automatically appropriate, as several ingredients overlap between the products.

Can You Take PRE and PMP Together?

Both products are sold together as part of this stack, but that doesn't mean you should automatically take a full serving of each at the same time.

PRE and PMP contain overlapping ingredients, including beta-alanine, and PMP contains other active ingredients that need to be considered alongside your total supplement intake.

Check the complete ingredient quantities and approved directions for both products before combining them. Do not exceed their recommended daily intakes. Seek qualified advice if you're unsure whether the combined formulations are suitable for you.

How to Use Your Pre-Workout Stack

1. Choose your preferred PRE and PMP flavours.
2. Review the ingredient list, caffeine content and recommended intake for each product.
3. Measure and prepare whichever formula you're using according to its packaging instructions.
4. Consider overlapping ingredients before taking other pre-workouts or supplements on the same day.

Caffeine information: PRE contains 160mg caffeine per stated serving. Account for caffeine from coffee, energy drinks and other supplements. Check the product packaging for all applicable warnings and suitability information.
