Ingredients needed: One whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1 scoop Pure Whey protein (We recommend Vanilla for this recipe), 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, optional fruit or nut toppings.
- Crack egg & egg whites in to a deep bowl.
- Add one scoop Pure Whey Protein and combine with eggs, either by blending or whisking to make your batter.
- Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, add the desired amount of batter to pan and cook at a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add other toppings at the end such as sliced fruit, ground roasted nuts, or nut butter spread as desired.
This amount of batter will typically make 2-3 pancakes.
