ZMA (Zinc & Magnesium)

Optimal levels of Zinc & Magnesium can promote hormone production, improve quality of sleep, exercise recovery & performance. Vitamin B6 improves their absorption in the  small intestine. Independent research has shown that supplementing with zinc and magnesium show statistically significant differences over placebo groups following 8 weeks of intensive training (improved hormonal markers and greater increases in strength).

Our Zinc and Magnesium is a combination of two essential dietary minerals (zinc and magnesium) and vitamin B6. Zinc and magnesium are usually not adequately supplied in the diet.
