Our nutrient packed Oats & Whey protein shake is full of all of the right ingredients to serve as an optimal meal replacement or post workout solution.

We’ve taken our Pure Whey, added an optimum amount of slow release carbohydrates (Instant Scottish Oats) and enriched the shake with healthy fats (from Golden Linseed) and fibre from Psyllium Husk then sparingly used some all natural flavouring. Each serve comes in at a shade over 240 calories, packs over 25g protein, it’s rich in fibre & healthy fats and low GI carbohydrates, it keeps your appetite at bay and will help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Directions: Combine 2 scoops (75ml, 60g) in shaker with ~500ml water, shake and consume. Use 1-2 daily (ideal post workout or as a breakfast meal replacement) or as required.
