The multitude of benefits to be had from Creatine Monohydrate supplementation derive from its ability to augment the muscle cells natural stores of ATP. This allows for more work to be done at a high power output in any given exercise, which in traditional weight training can translate in to an extra couple of reps per set, more weight on the bar and more total work done. Suggested dosage: Add one & a half 5ml scoops (5g) to water, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily. Best combined with carbohydrate source, such as fruit juice. For first week a loading phase of 10g per day may be advantageous after which 5g should suffice to maintain buffered Creatine levels in muscle cells. After 8 weeks of continued use take 1-2 weeks off before resuming use.
